I know he was found not-guilty, but wtf?!? It looked like a murder to me. And I'd sure like to know why the DA didn't show either video to the jury. Seems like a lot of cops from the twin cities have been reading way to many Davenport paperbacks. Does this guy now get to come back to work, get hearty congrats from his fellow cops? How long before he does it again? I'm always shocked (not lately) when I see all the reports of other violence these guys have done before they've killed someone. It's long past time for this to be a job you get after you've failed other jobs, just because you have a buddy or a relative on the force. It's time for a college degree before you get a job with the police. Helps in a couple of ways, it gets a person to open up to new ways of doing things and you meet all kinds of people who don't always think like you. At any rate getting this job and it's tools should require some type of higher learning.
