Don't worry. Scahill is totally "limited hangout". He is given just enough access to contain the bigger story of WHY America is doing what it is doing in the world. His containment task explains why he goes off on tangents so much of the time in interviews...a nuts and bolts guy who attracts the same audience as Tom Clancy etc... sort of a Fodor's guide to American Empire... Scahill's giddy account is like listening to a green college kid showing off his investigative chops...
