Really you're likely only to be surveilled if an algorithm deems your activity a threat to "democracy" like being a terrorist or maybe just being an activist who actually wants democracy instead of what has replaced it. My life is pretty boring too but a great deal of effort seems to go into censoring me across the internet, just for inviting people to be a little more observant of the systems they engage with. You need to turn off wifi, turn off SIMs, turn off location, turn on airplane mode, use a VPN, and if you can remove your SIM card at night. Update your software, run anti-virus, and use Faraday bags. Don't use electronic devices if you can. Don't trust people who call you on your phone. Don't trust your doctor or clergy.
