As far as I can recall this single skit was the only example of a late night "comedy" show even mildly mocking Obama and illustrating the media bias directed against Hillary. SNL went back inside the reservation soon enough though.

The problem with the skit is that they telegraph the joke that the media is completely biased toward Obama by announcing it right off the bat, instead of respecting the audience's intelligence and just letting them figure it out as the scene unfolds.

The 2008 primary was always close. Both candidates received 18 million votes each and Clinton was slightly ahead in the popular vote while Obama was ahead in pledged delegates. It was a tie that resulted in party leadership choosing the winner. Clinton defeated Bernie by 4 million votes. A landslide for a primary election. It was never close and he definitely damaged her going into the general election.
