DR Congo , As sovereign nation , Congolese are ultimately the best entities to take on the accountability , responsibility for our own victory , as no one else in the World can truly understand what we have been through since the 1960’ , our current situation and motivation as deeply as we do , begging , appealing , implying and relying on the UN , Usa , France , Uk , Belgium to solve our problems might not be as effective as wish , we should take control of our own defense , destiny and decision , rather than passively and naively waiting for the UN , Corporate or predators to militarily intervene to intentionally add fuel to the fire . Once the UN finds Rwanda responsible for the invasion, DRC can request for military assistance from member states. Also Rwanda will face international sanctions which will make it difficult to continue the war.

Please check the global economic setting: Findings show that Rwanda is ranked the first exporter of coltan which originated from DRC but branded as ‘’Made in Rwanda’’ for the fifth time in the last 10 years (i.e.: in 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, and 2023). Given Rwanda does not possess any coltan in its territory, these exportations demonstrate Rwanda involvement in an illicit coltan trade. Additionally, Paul Kagame has recognized that this mineral comes from DRC and is exported by Rwanda. This is the real root cause of this war. Furthermore, Rwanda is supported by American and European multinationals, including countries of these multinationals. This results in Rwanda being used in a proxy war for looting and controlling DRC’s minerals
