I come from a Large Defense Law Firm. The facts are the facts: The Leak of the Verdict the day before was time stamped 5/29/2024. So it doesn't matter who the person was that leaked the verdict, rather, the fact is that the "Verdict" was leaked and Trump was convicted the next day 5/30/2024. And 'et al" all included have a copy of Judge M's letter stating this fact. This should be a "Mistrial" based on the leak of the verdict! As for Judge, he was very accommodating in letting "jurors" leave for appointments. They should have sequestered the juror panel in this high profile case. A sequestered jury is a jury that has been isolated from the public during a trial to prevent outside influences from affecting their verdict. The purpose of sequestration is to ensure that jurors base their decision solely on the evidence presented in court, rather than being influenced by the opinions of others including "family and/or friends." btw: It does NOT matter whether the person was a "Troll" or anyone else in fact. Again, the "Facts" truth, the VERDICT was leaked the day before the actual VERDICT was announce wherein Trump did get convicted! The fact the VERDICT was correctly "Leaked" was no coincidence. NO this came from the inside. And they are NEVER going to find out who the person was that leaked the verdict. However, yes, let's get the jurors to testify that should bring some clarity because what, they are going to tell the trust? No, I think not! The Verdict was leaked that Trump was going to be convicted and the very next day he was! This is a crime against the court and a Mistrial should be granted!!! Trump 2024 in Jesus Christ Name Amen and Amen

Tay & Steph: I appreciate your handling of "titles" regarding this matter. Many broadcasters are using "Mistrial"!!!! as though it as already happened or they are certain it will. We are not sure of that, but hope that is the way it goes. That is called "click bait" and I don't like wasting my time knowing (after 45 years in law), that there is work yet to be done and time to be spent. I thank you for not wasting our time by wording your titles incorrectly. It isn't a "mistrial" yet. What HAS happened is the opening of an investigation about the leak by a juror and a letter from the Judge. We don't even know, yet, whether that was a gag.

Another issue to be considered is whether the jury should have been sequestered. That was up to the Judge and the fault may still lay in his lap because they were not. In a case of this caliber, there should have been nothing less.
