That concrete was tough, but the house demolished nicely. Good job.

Hey buddy, I do this every day with the same setup, love my e26 with the thumb…surprises me every day….did you notice the concrete came up a lot easier when using the bucket…rippers tend to dig in when trying to lever it up, so I stick with the bucket. Also utilising the weight of the machine while sitting on it. All the best!

Brian, that 'pool house' looks like an existing house you see in many small towns. Small house built on a small lot. Also, I love what you can do with that excavator.

Haha yeah, it was a very interesting 'house'. The e26 sure gets a lot done for its size!

I am amazed at what that little excavator can do, wow that pool house was in shambles, so was that yard, it`s a much cleaner look. Oh yeah, I would have you back to remove every little tree and regrade the whole place and lay down some top soil and seed.

Started out a pool house…ended up match sticks!! That was fun & (nice to get some work in the winter I’d imagine) Thanks

Yeah, it broke down nice and easy as it was so rotted. Definitely nice getting work in the winter, have had quite a few jobs surprisingly with little advertisement.

I can't remember, does the excavator have heat? I only remember the t66 having the fancier stuff on it offhand.
@CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC3 жыл бұрын
Yup, it has heat and a/c!

how do you go about finding these jobs or are you just getting calls for it

That E26 is impressive for its size. Do you have plans to trade up for a a bigger machine someday? What would you get if you do?
@CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC2 жыл бұрын
It certainly is. I definitely plan to upgrade into bigger machines, but I will definitely keep the E26. I am looking at either an E42 or E50 for my next machine.
@kevinmcmanus72982 жыл бұрын
@@CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC I’ve been looking at the E42 also. Specs near the same as the e50 but in a tighter package (under CDL).
@CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC2 жыл бұрын
Yep, that is the reason I am looking at the 42 as well. Would allow me to pull it behind my 3/4 ton and still give me some headroom for attachments on my trailer. The E50 basically puts me right at full load and pushes me into needed a fleet upgrade + CDL.

What did you mean by bless the concrete, I don’t understand what bless means in construction. Please let me know thanks.

So why do you leave the concrete in the hole where the pool was? Just too much of it for it to be worth it to remove? Would it cost too much in filler to fill the hole with that?
@CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC3 жыл бұрын
The concrete makes for a good fill material so its a win win. It would cost a lot to get rid of that much concrete and then you would need to spend even more on fill to make up for what the concrete would have filled.
@joeystahl56623 жыл бұрын
@@CarlsonSonLandscapingLLC Interesing. I didn't know you could use the old concrete as fill but it makes sense. Thank you!
