I'm genuinely going to cry when it dies, it really doesn't deserve what happen to it. I've never seen something as amazing in terms of battle royal then this. also the reason there has been no updates is because they can't afford to update it anymore, they tried as hard as they could but it failed within the first year and they no longer had funding for it. which they stated but they promised to keep the servers open as long as they can, they are also working on a new game. so im really hoping that takes off and in term maybe gives them the resources and relevance enough to try and revive this one

Ahh I see, yeah I really do hope as well that the new game is good and takes off, but Bloodhunt should be picked up by someone, maybe even another studio that has the funds available... once it dies I'll be right there with ya super disappointed that it couldn't have been a better future for the game :/

I've seen this game quite a while back and it seemed cool, though I've never actually played it. And the reason for that is that they have guns. Like, they are vampires. If they would all have all kinds of creative vampire related damage systems I'd probably play it. It's quite a niche thing, cause vampires do have special abilities, so just going bonkers with that in mind would've made this game actually unique. This way, it seems like another multiplayer shooter, where it just so happens that your characters are vampires. They could've went for example vampires vs humans. Vampires have special abilities, humans have guns, light, crosses (maybe even garlic for the fun of it). Or vampires against werewolves, or vampires vs vampires. No trashing though. I do think that they've put quite a lot into this game, it's also free to play which is really nice.

I absolutely love this game! i remember actually grinding for kills when it first came out. i had my first 20 bomb in this game. amazing 10/10 game. i think devs didn't market it enough and they were trying to appeal to mass audience but if they targeted specific demographic, this game could've been more successful. I played a bit of this game last year and i had couple friends who loves Vampire/goth shit.. i showed them the character customization and couple kills. they absolutely lost their mind.. they just never heard of this game. So the marketing was a bit limited.. they marketed through twitch drops alot if i am not wrong. they always had alot of twitch drops. but yea i can't get into games anymore and playerbase is too small for PC. so GGZ to the devs. we will never get anything like this again and this game holds a special place in my heart.

Vampires are not for everyone and that's what hurt the game.. there's an old saying "the game for everyone is a game for no one." they had to target the freaking Twilight audience.. you know. i got into it because of my love for vampires. Blade, Twilight, Dracula & Underworld. people who love those movies are a bit older now.

Bro they already officially announced way long time ago that they are going to abandon this game and no more updates after the last character they added. I’m their first batch players. Sad to break it to you since you have no clue. Due to lack of players they gave up. Now the lobby are full of bots
