Some of my favorite practical effects in a movie ever! When I was a kid I thought the ice blocks were solid, like those scorpion paper weights. I see now that it would have been insanely heavy and probably hard to see through.

you guys show as that practical effects are better than ever before in movie history. and what doin the motion picture studios? crappy cgi all over! its a shame. or you can do some great practical effects like the thing prequel and the studios later paint it over with shitty cgi effects! i have no words for this! :(
