Matt Carriker is singlehandedly putting Beorne on the map. That town is full of extremely talented, skilled, and hardworking people running small-time mom-pop shops. Awesome. EDIT: man, these bros are extremely knowledgeable. The production quality of this video on their first go is also pretty damn good. Right out of the gate these guys start sprinting hard. Also, I didn't know you can make that many improvements to a Cummins Diesel to make an already reliable motor even more-so reliable. Sweet. EDIT2: Loving the shoutout to all those American-made companies towards the end there with all the parts. This was truly, a community-build.

Take care of your back and hands. Learn about electric cars too. They will only get more popular. Even delivery trucks will be electric pretty soon. And they will be driving themselves more and more. So learn that stuff if you want a future in mechanics.

The quality of the time lapse is incredible, looks like it's from a professional TV show, but the music was super loud. Listened to you guys on volume 15 and the music on 3.

I agree. The tunes are a nice way to avoid dead air during the video but it really isn't the primary reason for the video. Please don't let your music taste and volume over ride the main point of the message. This isn't a music video it is a video about an engine build and my interest is in the wrench turning as well as specs.

@@oldtanker4860 Yea, it's getting to the point where the ambient garage sounds are more desirable (wrenches turning, metal on metal, air compressed impact guns) and more interesting but not without music, just less is more. I think that's true with most videos nowadays!

So damn glad the people Matt interacts with are starting to make KZbin content. Yall & MuscleRodShop not only have some of the best production content I've seen on KZbin (like seriously the camera work at 7:00 - 7:15 was fucking sweet), but you don't underfilm/skip over the good stuff or rant too long. Perfect mix. Even more mind-blowing to think yall aren't exactly specialized in the production end like the big channels on KZbin since you're just starting out, but ya still just straight up produce *better* content that people actually want to watch that keeps them intrigued the whole time and *hopefully* stick around for. I guess that's what genuine passion & effort can do. Not some clickbait bullshit that's all the same. Hopefully the half-ass content creators will take note. Keep em coming fellas. Great start guys... Engine assembly was top notch... A bit of an audio issue on round one, but round two was fine... Note: I know Matt's going with a high class Moss Green finish, but every company involved needs a logo somewhere... Not under the Hood, but maybe inside the trunk lid... At least a couple of poster size plaques for auto shows... Just Sayin...

Awesome video! Keen to see you guys drop more knowledge and rad builds. Couple of ideas: - Introduce the build. What is it and what are you doing? Add a story element to the sick time lapses. - Look into a wind sock for your camera. It'll help cut down on some of that ambient noise. - Talk us through the parts as you put them on. Tell us what it does, why it's awesome, and any tricks to installing it. Keep up the awesome work, keen to see the next one :)

Looks like a great build and i can't wait to see it in the DemoCuda, as good as the black looks part of me wishes they had went with a red or metallic red given that the body color of the DemoCuda is going to be metallic green and the red would look so much better especially combined with the polished metal components they added to the Cummins.
