In the manga, Niko beat Ohma, beat Tiger Niko to the point where Kiryu thought he was dead, and then finally succumbed to his injuries when he fought Taira Genzan (Kiryu's master) last. Essentially he held his own in a 3 vs 1 scenario. One thing I dislike about the anime, is that it shows Tiger Niko having the upper hand the entire fight when the manga depicts it being an even exchange with Tiger Niko losing so badly it was thought he was dead.

Tiger Niko is wrong to talk about "settling which one is the last Niko". There are no proof that another Niko (Niko 3) died in the Gakihara forest incident where all Nikos died except 4 and 6 (Ohma' s master and Tiger). Niko 3 was disappeared without letting any evidence that he really died. He may have hidden somewhere no one knows about... He was aknowledged as being the most technical Tokita Niko that perfected the balance between the four niko style katas

Tiger Niko should fight Kuroki. That would be a good fight. The anime shouldve given us a full fight where 4 defeats 6 instead of making it seem like 6 defeated 4. Also there's no where it 4's skirmish with Ohma's demon possessed state that he was injured. He didnt even get hit.
