When you hear his voice, you can tell he has a smirk on his face that he is enjoying what he is expressing, yet you step back because as comfortable as his tone and face makes you, you know that there is something behind his words...damn fine acting.

OMG I was thinking the same this regarding Tom Ellis after rewatching this movie after so many years. Tom Ellis is so charismatic as the devil and funny at the same time. Love how both Billy Zane and Tom Ellis. Although I am not a fan of remakes, if remake was ever considered for this movie I can see Tom Ellis playing this role to a T as Billy Zane did.

Speaking of which, right before this scene where the Demon tries to seduce Jeryline, Roach protests to Brayker that they should give the key to the demons after them. But he wasn't more spesific; all those things really want is raw flesh to devour. In other words, its not what they want; its what "Billy Zane" wants. So Roach could have said "I say we give that god damn DEMON what HE wants!"
