At this point there are no guides or tips on what is the best way to be summoned by another player for a boss, that i have not watched or read. And still nothing. @@mustangtech331 tbh that’s pretty much how it is for every souls game when you use magic. Magic always makes the bosses (not all of them, but most) very trivial and easy. It’s usually why I don’t do a magic run till my second or third playthrough. It’s usually pretty fun though.

Finally plat’d this game after 90 hrs and 2 1/2 playthroughs. I highly recommend getting pure white character tendency on your first playthrough because if you do pure black for the Mephistopheles quest, you are forced to do 2 full playthroughs killing Phantoms just to get back to pure white character tendency.

Demon’s Souls PS3 was my second FromSoftware game and I love the atmosphere. The grind for pure bladestone though. If I ever get my hands on the PS5, I will return to Boletaria. The game looks fantastic.

Lucky nothing bugged out. For me, Biorr just vanished after i saved him all the way though 1.3 and the key vanished with him (not sitting on the stairs, not dead on the stairs, just vanished). One boss soul just vanished from my inventory (which is apparently a known bug), so had to do a whole other play-though. Also i spent north of 30 hours (at various levels and playthroughs, and different bosses, waiting for someone to summon me and nothing).

It is both the easiest and the hardest for me. I had to go to Ng+2 for the plat bc i messed up and the enemies are so hard its almost unplayable. i also made the mistake of making world 3.3 pure black too early and was stuck on the hallway to the old monk for almost 4 hours. the first ng is awesome and fun and easy both higher ng+ are a super hard jump from before

Plat’d the game with magic, still had an insanely hard time. I don’t care if being closer range=harder than magic 🪄. I actually love mage warrior or melee magic using characters. So to even say that I went through it completely magic only is false already. Using my Crescent Falchion scaling with magic and some strength, it helped me whenever I needed to fight enemies up close and then my range was simply my magic. Got the trophy in 2.25 playthroughs because I save scummed for the ending trophies, and somewhat for the spells because my last trophy was to get all of the Magic Spells in the game. So I had to unlock Mr. Sage Freik and then give him my last couple of Demon’s Souls!

@@TannerJaye blood borne is a pretty easy plat. But there’s a chalice dungeon that’s rough. Ds3 would prolly be cancer cause it’s a lot of grinding enemies with small drop rates for items for covenants. Dsr might be the most doable. Sekiro is a good one for plat too.

haven't played the ps5 remake but the ps3 one there's ways to cheat every boss. manhunters for example you can shoot the white arrows from behind the fog to kill both of them without stepping in. flamelurker you could go to one area of the map and he couldn't touch you at all.

I didn’t even realise adjudicator had a blade you had to damage to make him fall I thought all I had to do was blast his bird (This was as I was doing my first run)

I realised I did almost no damage except when I shot the bird, but I had basically never invested in my projectiles and finished the fight with literally no more arrows left. I thought it was the worst fight ever since it didn't set up a way of hitting the bird in melee or plunging attacks, only to realise afterwards that you had to hit the knife in his stomach that I swear was not there when I was fighting him a moment ago

I want to plat this game but I saw there is 2 trophies for online play. One is coop and beat a boss the other is for an invasion. Can anyone confirm in 2023 if you can still get this plat?

I got this only a couple months ago and I used reddit for only one of them. The invasion one and co op one I found someone naturally online

I did it without the back up saves, this game gets brutal on New Game Plus(es). 1 hit KOed by almost everything😅

Not playing a blind playthrough makes the game easier ofc (should prob have done a blind before checking throphies). But also weird at the same time not using cling ring to make the game harder :D

I just think since it's the oldest souls game the bosses just felt really basic which makes sense. I had just finished playing Elden ring before I played this and the difference was night and day
