Sanemi is the second strongest of the hasiras! There is no way Sanemi is lower than Giyu. Kokushibou also testified that Rock hashira and Wind hashira are the strongest, and if they die, the other Demon slayer corps will easily fall. To begin with, Sanemi's constitution itself is different from other hashira.
