I feel you, Stab grot was my favorite character of the whole set too haha.

He's an awesome character, really fun to paint and small enough that you can put a bit more effort in and not have it take a long time!

Really enjoying your youtube content Richard! Your work is amazing. Loving your blog/website too. I would love to see you paint a 28mm fig to a “regular tabletop” standard. I.e. the way you’d approach doing something more “straight forward”. Your “high tabletop standard” is what most of us aspire to for “display” i expect. Maybe i’m just not practising enough?

You an amazing painter. I'm not sure I'll be able to paint anywhere close to this standard but it's fun to watch. P.s. I like hearing your take on the old style pots, droppers are in vogue but I like hearing counter opinions.

I really need to try doing NMM, I personally don’t like the look and feel of metallic paint,but I always find excuse not to do it. This guide makes more sense then most that try explaining the process.
@zolniu3 жыл бұрын
You can apply some NMM concepst with metallic paint - it will push your TMM to higher level but it's easier and quicker than NMM.

33:08 by coincidence I tested Moot Green today and Citadel seemed to put a small amount of white in there anyway. I like to test for these kind of thinks to have an idea how transparent my paints are. Citadel does have a tendency to add white/grey/black to there paints; more so than other manufacturers.
