I have this machine.. I spent an extra $220 for the 500w motor that has yet to arrive and they dont respond to your email asking where the rest of your order is. Assembly was not easy, the instructions are not great. It carved the test flower beautifully. Now, it runs off in random directions, plubges uncontrollably into the project until the motor seizes, or never touches the material. The g-code format for your own projects is nearly impossible to create without an expensive subscription that may or may not work. I really want to like this product, but so far, it's a complete failure and an unfortunate experience.

Follow up, I received the motor, then received some tech support. Unfortunately, the program that is supposed to reset the machine will not run because Windows blocks it as malware. I forced the download through several blocks, and now it does nothing. Awaiting a response.

I'm looking into this machine, currently have the TTS3 (quite happy with it to). But I'm looking for a next step ... so some bigger and more powerful :) Will there be any extended Y-axis profile for this machine available in the future?

The Z build (and the increased holding torque of the z’s Nema 23) is what actually solidified this for me over the GEN/4040..
