I’m a 61 year old grandmother and work full time, always have. I have to work overtime to make ends meet. I don’t want to work extra hours, I’m tired and should be ready to retire but that’s not going to happen. I’ll be working until I drop and that’s not how it should be particularly when my next door neighbours who have three children, 2 cars, at least 2 holidays per year. Whatever they want they have but they don’t work. How is that right.

They could have inherited money, they could have won money, why do people always assume people are on benefits? It is the people coming here, in only the clothes they are wearing, who get put up in hotels everything paid for, who you should be questioning because that is where your hard working tax is going too. They can't work until they are processed and that can take a few years.

I have never known any prime minister blatantly call people far right thugs because they have drove us to the limit. What Starmer said, can never be unsaid. It is clear where his loyalties lie. People aren't even scraping by on a hand out hence why millions are using food banks. Imagine being given a hand out for your daily living but have to pay back 30 percent council tax. Then have a massive short fall in housing allowance.

There's people of all ages stood in cues come wind and rain and cold waiting for awful food, mostly processed. Some of the people look old but aren't quite old enough to get their pension cos of the pension age rise but no one will employ them cos they are too old. You will always get a very small section of society that's addicted to drugs or substances and those you will usually find they are most likely be in homeless hostels or in need of support services due to mental health issues and can often be sanctioned and may even be doing prostitution to get by or they will steal to eat to survive . Addiction isn't a choice. Pretty sure no one would want to be addicted to a substance so they can recieve a free tin of bean.

Like more and more family members who end up being, child or adult carers, I find it utterly crazy that all they receive is £80 per week for their efforts. I put it to you what would happen if all those carers went on strike, we know they won't, but if it ever happened, how would the government manage to pay for "professional" carers to step in because I don't think they could especially at the going rate which is way way above the £80 per week our family/friends get paid?

I've been saying this would happen for years. It really has been inevitable. Many people of this country have been marginalised by their own government for too long now. It has just been waiting for a spark, and it's shocking that the "elite" either ignores it or anables it. Most of europe is in the same position and are just waiting for their own sparks

This seems to be focusing on the symptoms of the problems and not the root causes. Fixing symptoms can and will perpetuate the same situations, which may very well get worse.

Absolutely correct re what is now a brutalised and wholly dislocated former working class but now utterly voiceless yet dependent demographic. Which is both infuriating and heartbreaking. Especially for those from even remotely similar working class backgrounds, yet who escaped the consequences for a whole concatenation of reasons. Including some that avoided or mitigated the factors which combine to almost invariably send communities spiralling down into the Hell outlined in this vid.

Tim this is nothing to do with poverty but alienation, and the problem is entirely centred around the dislocation that so much of the native population have towards the ruling classes who know that the impact of mass immigration and the exemption of Islam from Common Law has damaged their communities. You have closed down all the public spaces in which to air their concerns to protect the truth of the violence that Islam and foreign economic migrants have imposed upon their communites.

If your talking about them taking an attachment of earnings, all you have to do is call attachment of earnings, explain your struggling and ask them to reduce it to twenty quid a month for example. I have done this

I did a bit of fact checking on this. Go to the Government web site the info is there... The areas who are behind on council tax payments are multicultural areas of the country. Moreover if you are a Muslim in Scotland and declare your home is a place of worship then you do not have to pay council tax. Presumably the white Brits will pay it for you. But remember people we benefit from multi - non paying tax, but taking benefits, culture-risum.
