We have Metasys SNE22002. How do I monitor the system so I can submit a work order to our Facilities Maintenance department? What software, certification, and training is needed to do so as an IT worker? For context, I am in the IT department (only employee) at a college, and HVAC frequently goes down in my building.

There are a couple possibilities. First, do you have a server running the metasys software? If not, you will need to browse directly to the SNE, loading the launcher tool and accessing the system.

@@Systemcontroltech I don’t know, I contacted Facilities operation for further guidance and permissions etc. Also learning more about BAS/BMS in meantime. Not my primary responsibility but would like insight into building systems. thank you for the reply
