Demystifying the Domain Separated CMDB

Hi, could the point at 17:12 be expanded upon? Would be handy to have a post in the CSDM community on this too as I can see it being pertinent to a lot of service providers. From what I understand you'd have a seperate domain that isn't part of the existing service provider domain hierarchy for shared services? You'd then set a contains domain for each customer domain to provide visibility of the shared services domain?
