I recently got a ‘04 Sierra RCSB WT and have been looking all over for a decent interior to swap for leather and power doors. Finally yesterday I found a Yukon near me for a decent price that I can rob parts from. Choppers been a big inspiration for my build on this truck!

I have a Tahoe with those mirrors, I put leds in them and they are great. The yellow of the glass means the auto dimming fluid is leaking but like you said you can just switch it out .

Oh man a 3D printer could make a cover plate for that piece on your door that has the dead controls. Just have to scan the part and model a new one. You could even color match it.

I did the mirror swap on my 04 with the puddle lights and it was plug and play and the led you can get from AutoZone 🤌🏼
