ڈینگی بخار میں آپ نے گھبرانا نہیں ۔ میں نے پہلے مریض پر تیس ہزار روپے ہسپتال میں خرچ کئے ایک ہفتے کے دوران ۔ دوسرے مریض کا میں نے خود علاج کیا گھر میں ۔ پتا چلا کہ یہ ایک ہفتے والی بیماری ہے ۔ ایک ہفتے بعد اللّٰہ تعالیٰ ٹھیک کردیتے ہیں ۔ سب سے پہلے آپ نے گریوینیٹ یا موٹیلیم گولی دینی ہے نہار منہ صبح و شام ایک ایک ۔ الٹی سے بچنے اور ہاضمے کے لئے ۔ پیناڈول دو گولیاں تین ٹائم ۔ اور مکمل آرام ۔ صرف وضو نماز کے لیے اٹھ سکتے ہیں ۔ کھانا ۔۔۔ نرم غذا ، مثلاً کچڑی میں پالک اور میتھی کے پتے پکاکے کھلائیں ۔ سبزی یا سبزی کا سوپ ۔ اگر پیٹ خراب ہے تو ساتھ دہی اور کیلا بھی کھائیں ۔ پینے کیلئے سیب ، گاجر ، انار ، پیپیتا ، لیموں مالٹے کا جوس نکال کر تھوڑا پانی بھی پانی شامل کریں اور شہد بھی لازمی ۔ مرحبا شہد سستا ہے تقریباً بارہ یا تیرہ سو کا کلو مل جاتا ہے وہ بار بار دیا کریں کھانے پینے سے پہلے اور بعد میں تاکہ گلہ خراب نہ ہو ۔ باقی بازاری جوس سے پرہیز کریں ۔ نمکول والا پانی بار بار پلائیں ۔ ڈینگی کا اس کے علاؤہ کوئ علاج نہیں ۔ چینی ، مرچ مصالحے اور بازاری چیزوں سے پرہیز کریں ۔ اگر مریض کچھ بھی نا کھائے اور نہ پیئے تو پھر ڈاکٹر سے ڈرپ لگوائیں ۔ ورنہ ضرورت نہیں ۔ کیونکہ ان پیسوں سے مریض کو کھلائیں پھیلائیں اور صدقہ دیں تو ذیادہ بہتر ہے ۔ بیماری اللّٰہ تعالیٰ کی آزمائش ہوتی ہے اور گناہ دھلتے ہیں ۔ پانچ وقت نماز کے بعد اللّٰہ سے دعا مانگا کریں حفاظت کی ۔ حرام سے بچیں اور حقداروں کو ان کا حق دیں ۔ آپ کی زبان اور ہاتھ سے کسی کو نقصان نہ پہنچے ۔ اللّٰہ تعالیٰ آپ کی اور آپ کی فیملی کی حفاظت کریگا ۔

Assalam o alaikum Sir I had dengue in September but I recovered quickly within 6-7 days. After 15 days I was back to my job. Being a teacher I had to exert more to deliver lectures and to mark papers. It's been 3 months now but I still feel dizzy a kind of loss of balance. I have consulted doctors. They suggested to improve diet as proper recovery takes time. However I'm really worried about it. How long will it take to recover? I had headache as well which got better with the passage of time. Now a days, dengue and covid are two epidemics going side by side, Many of our colleague doctors go for CBC, If there are low platelets, they consider it dengue Unfortunately, among these there are many patients of covid, in which platelets are consumed in clotting process, Here we need to get D-dimer done , to differentiate covid & dengue. In dengue it will be in normal range while in covid it will be elevated. So the treatment would be entirely different in these two cases, in dengue any anti-platelet drug is prohibited, while in covid it is absolutely necessary to give anti-platelet therapy
