Love this song because it was the only positive song I remember about men growing up! Was so happy and different.

First, this song is definitely relationship goals. Second, in 1984 (when the movie came out) they were starting to diagnose ADHD, but most educators thought it was a bogus diagnosis making excuses for undisciplined children. It took about another 10 years for a majority of educators to take it seriously.
@ashleydowney12224 жыл бұрын
I didn't realize that. I was diagnosed in 1995 when I was 3.

ADHD is BS. There’s nothing wrong with these kids. Its the schools that are the problem. So sad you’ve been made to believe there’s something wrong with you.

Wow,, I love your reaction to Deniece Williams's "Lets hear it for the boy"! She is probably my favorite RB/pop female singer. Her song catalogue is extraordinary and include big hits like Free, Silly, It's gonna take a miracle, Black Butterfly, Cause you Love me baby, Babys my love all for you, etc. She is now 70 years old, looks great,,and still sings and tours regularly.

She does a classic duet with Iconic crooner Johnny Mathis "Too much. Too little. Too late." That's beautiful. Her song "Black Butterfly" is very inspiring. She has a whistle note range that could give Mariah a go around, too.

BillyYSC- I-GENERALLY-LIKE your 'REACTIONS', BUT, in THIS CASE, if you'd done your 'HOMEWORK', you'd have KNOWN that- THIS was the 'THEME SONG' of the movie- 'FOOTLOOSE', & because of THAT, THIS movie was the 'Driving Force' of the-'BREAK DANCING 'CRAZE'. It has BIG NAME ACTORS, & a GREAT Plot. After THIS MOVIE, 'I' went STRAIGHT to the theater & saw- 'BREAKIN' '. I-THINK that the 'Theme Song' to THAT movie was done by-'Chaka Khan', a good movie, in it's own right- Not so many- Big Name actors, & decent plot.
