Great technique! I am a little strapped for cash (fixed income, sick family member, inflation, etc…) this Christmas so I am making these skirts for the females in my family this year. Thanks for sharing

I'm so glad to see this way to make the jeans into skirt. I don't really care for the approach of putting a triangle in between the legs. I don't understand why you top stitched the front 'triangle' piece at the crotch, rather than stitching the while thing to inside out like you did the back. Could you explain? That would help a lot.

I have to go back and check that out. I'll get back to you. 😊

I love this!!! Do you have a sew machine preference?
@TheModestFashionista Жыл бұрын
Thank you! I've only used the Brother machine I'm currently using and an old Singer which recently started acting up. So I don't have much to compare. I like both of these I've tried equally for the most part but I feel like the Singer was most reliable with just sewing without problems like the thread slipping out of the needle which my Brother machine tends to do a lot. (but I might be doing something wrong - I never read the manual 😄)

Okay thank you for your input! I’m going to get a singer once I get more space.
