@@ruslan7782 I saw a great battle for hand control and height. Dennis the open top roll to bring the match back around while Dave was trying to come over the top. This was a very technical match honestly. Do you mean technical as in Devon larratt camping out underneath the table straight arm with a tomato face? Or Jerry cadorette just flop pressing off the go (all power no technique) Or lachlan and krasi just hook war like a bunch of rookies. I guess I’m missing what’s so technical about armwrestling now that they weren’t doing “back then”. lol literally nothing about the sport has changed the last 10 years. Because there is nothing to change really other than more money being involved which is allowing guys to commit more time to training resulting in stronger athletes overall. But technically…there is 0 difference in the sport. I’ll take an arsen liliev top roll over anyone in the sport right now. It was a thing of beauty. Now it’s just turning into a flop press marathon and running to straps to engage more power rather than technique.

Yes i 100% agree...this "super high grip" is a neutral angle grip neither high knuckles nor pistol grip. Works really well for Denis because he likes that open high drag strength style
