Might as well be the most undermarked Jive (or even dance) in Strictly history. A Jive this good, only getting 32? So what if they did this on the second week, Louisa Lytton did and got a 10, and this is just as good. And then Louis' horrifying Jive in the semis got 31, THAT CRAP SCORED ONLY ONE POINT LOWER THAN THIS! And when a dance that's redone in the finale (and got 39) is still worse than the original, that should speak volumes. This should've gotten 36 at least, second week and all.

I hope that BBC could upload the video together with the judges' comments and scores.. Considering that not all Strictly fans reside in UK, and my only chance to watch this program is only on KZbin.. I've subscribed one particular channel for the past years to watch Strictly but found out it has been deleted due to the copyright issue..sad about that. So please BBC give us a chance to watch the full version with judges' comments and scores!

From being a ballroom dancer myself, I can explain. West End dancing is no where NEAR the same as ballroom dancing. Yes, she's probably got the ability to keep in time with the music from the west end. Secondly, it's not always the content that gets the marks. Craig and Bruno are there to look at choreography so it's how you dance it too, not just the technique. Simple is good in the first few weeks. Alex Jones did a simple Viennese waltz and got high marks. It's quality, not quantity.

An excellent Jive by Denise Van Outen, especially considering this is just week 2. Yes she has had stage training, but this is not ballroom dancing training. Most of the Eastenders stars over the years have had similar training ie Jill Halfpenny and nobody moaned about that!

I'm not that concerned whether he wins, or not, I'd like to see Robin & Lisa win, though I doubt they will.. However, I do think he'll be in for the long run, because the return of the Dance Off would probably ensure that they are saved if they find themselves in the bottom 2 for a while?

James Jordan, what a guy..and devoid of wearing the plastic smile, while dancing, so many of the pros used to, regardless of the mood of the dance. and some still do, by default though they seem to have gradually phased them out of SCD thank God..though Artem still does the "eyes & teeth," routine to excess IMO. Jordan is all man and yet totally cool with the fact that both men & women alike will fancy the pants of him and many do.. For me, there's a Gene Kelly feel about the way he moves!

Stage school and westend dancing are completely different than ballroom and latin the only thing it would have helped her with is her stage presence.

Well then she's lying lol. She was in Chicago in the West End and Broadway, whether she had dance training for that or not, she's certainly had a hell of a lot of practice. Also she went to a performing arts school where I know for a fact that they have dance training.
