My darling brother in law took his own life last year the same way Caroline did - miss them both so much. So wish they both could have got some real help before taking such drastic and devastating action. Loved you Caroline and miss you and my lovely brother in law Rob so much. I always thought Caroline was such a bubby, cheerful woman and I don't understand why she would take her own life. Still, you don't know what goes on behind the scenes of a celebrity. RIP lovely Caroline, you were a great dancer in Strictly.

People with depression are very good actors. You hide behind a smile and pretend everything is ok when actually inside you are drowning in self loathing for being weak. You truly believe that your family and friends will be better off without you and that there is no point in carrying on. I took tablets.. all my meds and what was left over of my sisters cancer medication. My nephew called me at 12.30 am a very unusual time to ring me. He said he just had a feeling, when there was no answer he came over and climbed through my very small bedroom window and found me unconscious. I was on a ventilator for 2 days, but as you know i obviously survived. It wasn't a cry for help . I meant it, i had done letters to my family explaining that I just didnt see the point anymore. Over 4 yrs i had lost my brother in law at age 48, my mom who i had been caring for with alzheimer's my aunt and my sister. To put it simply i wanted to be with them. I hurt that much. Sound so self indulgent putting that into words now. I still have depression, but take one day at a time , do i think about doing it again at certain times..yes..would i... no.. because i know i am loved, needed, and have a purpose with my nephews niece and their children. My nephews come to me when they need support, advice or sometimes steering in the right direction. I know if i did it it would hurt them immensely . It is hard to explain to anyone who hasn't been to that dark place why you think suicide is the best or only option. I think if only caroline was found in time like i was you realise how loved you are in site and sometimes becsuse of your flaws which WE see but they don't. I hope I've not bored you will this long reply its just that i understand why she did it. Thank you for reading. .💞

Caroline Flack was a well-talented Dancer & she did exactly that on Strictly come dancing, She had so much more potential & she was such a lovely & beautiful young lady but most importantly she had so much life & energy ahead of herself who amazed in front of audiences on how well she achieved her goal, Sadly Caroline took her own life because of social media saying nasty things to her & assaulted her boyfriend, she lost her job that Caroline enjoyed doing best, lost her ability to speak, I didn't really knew her that well but saw her on TV quite a few times & Caroline seemed like a really nice & wonderful person who made everyone happy, cheerful & made us all laugh, RIP my sweet Caroline😪😪💔💔💔💔🌷⚘️🌷⚘️
