A rather famous Danish Architect, Bjarke Ingels (His Firm is named BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group), also with an US Building Firm, proposed this Concept in a, mostly Polar like Country, but with not that much snow, and/or hills, for people being able to use skis all the year round on an artificial surface, ski hill! Below in the hill is a Waste Incinerator Plant, to combine the purpose for building this hill. Finn. Denmark
