Most of them can't get the results they get without using Burning Down the House. It's a third party plug in that allows you to place items anywhere and move them in very tiny increments along an axis. It's amazing and I wish SE would implement something similar. At least so I can easily get that perfect 90 degree angle.

@@SoraShadowdancer I was wondering how the House Building community improved so damn much... I haven't played the game in several years... I think when I left they were only just exploring building out in the void. Do you still need to glitch items just to create new ceilings now or does the plugin allow bypass? Glitching is super annoying when you're creating multiple levels since you'd have to plan your build ahead of time and have them elevated before the floor is finalised otherwise you risk resetting the entire job...

Its not talent exactly other then being somewhat creative. They are using plugins to do it all for them like burning down the house and makespace. Theres a website now you build the house and use an in game plugin to import it and it places everythingf or you.

It sometimes goes through renovations, so I need to check on the current state because I believe our architect always deserves more credit. These houses are crazy good! I almost feel like i pale in comparision but there i go. Im the owner of The Galbadia Bar & Lounge, located in Mateus, The Mist Ward 2 Plot 15 A high-class setting, we look to give people a place to relax and socialize. Theres 3 main areas: the bar, the lounge, the stage. Theres also an event hall in the basement and a VIP room. Its a open floor plan, but its got those PILLARS i cant wait till i can toggle them off!

A friend showed me this one: Aether Gilgamesh, Empyreum, 3rd ward, Plot 60 (large), follow the instructions in the message book I don't know the people who own it, but it's awesome nonetheless! Went there on a "field trip" with pvp friends :3 (spoiler: it's a pirate ship in the void, replica of the wolves' den one, make sure to jump through the tables to climb up to the crow's nest!)

I do have a plot and house decorated I call my Museum [Hyperion - Ward 11th, Plot 17, Small] I Hoard and arrange all the EX trophies as the main room to show my growth during adventure :) Downstair is a simple kitchen and place to sleep. its overall nothing special compare to other's larger project. Its just a simple adventurer's simple house with milstones and good memories :3 I'm still hoping to get a Medium so can arrange all the busts and trophies better, since the main room is very condence Q-Q

You should see the 22 or 20 ward at the Goblet, at Spriggan (Chaos) there is an entire city build by one person. Then there are some cool apartments at the Goblet w9, Ragnarok (Chaos) done by some cool friends And then I'll recommend two of my own houses, Ragnarok, The Goblet 3w28p and The Lavender Beds 9w41p, there is an house themed on Thanalan style for a kitty and a tea saloon ❤ Have a nice time visiting the houses !

Your estimation of visiting every plot would be incorrect without having to do the math for it. To elaborate, you would need to visit every single plot before it is put up for sale again, in a five year period there is a high likely chance that a plot you had visited would find new ownership.
