Love your reviews, you dont take yourself too seriously. 😊 I've got the 8 inch chainsaw, 14 inch chainsaw, telescopic hedger, telescopic pole saw, angle grinder and 18V mower and 36V mower. Only one issue in years was the 18V chainsaw leaked too much oil. The manager knows me so it was a straight swap. Never had one battery issue in years. Ozito is made in China but designed in Germany and overseen in manufacture by German execs.

I'll admit I've looked at other brands to go a bit more up market and then I see the prices. Plus not having had any failures means there's no reason to spend more.

I just got the edger 2 weeks ago. It's a great little tool. Yes with the narrow guard it gets clogged over a few meters cutting into mud. But if you use the hose it cleans very fast and easy.

My backyard is so wet from all the rain lately. It will be so much easier to keep tidy once it dries out a bit.

Thanks for another quality Ozito PXC review. After seeing some of your older reviews I now have many Ozito PXC tools. They are simply the best value 18v tool on the market. I just bought the brushless mower the other day and it is much better than I anticipated. I used to be a Ryobi man but after a few failures and their price increases they are no longer good value. I've now sold off all my old higher end (DeWalt) tools to make way for new Ozito PXC.

I agree Paul, a mate got the AEG 58v chainsaw and it is a little ripper with the higher voltage but when I saw the price and nearly fainted. Whilst the extra power would be nice the 36V ozito does the job for most things. As said, even though we're at the cheaper end of the market , I'm yet to have a failure of any type from any of my ozito gear. I did have both a bosch and toolpro batteries fail on me (both 2Ah) and I have many more ozito batteries all still working. At the end of the day, that's all I can say in my reviews and just hope others have the same experience.

I’ve borrowed my mates pole hedger, I found it really easy to use and it did a great job

Thanks for the review, I just bought this exact pair of kits today for 269 NZD. Haven't used them yet. But what you demonstrated matches my expectation for the price point. I bought it for the price and 5-year warranty as the next level is more than double. Good stuff cheers

I’m surprised you don’t rate the reciprocating saw. It’s one of my favourites of the OZITO range. Granted i threw away the blades and got decent Diablo ones and it chews through branches all the way to steel bolts. Great vid all the same.

ive got some diablo blades too but I also have a bosche unit and it just has soo much more power . dont get me wrong it works fine but the power of the bosche just makes it much more handy,

I know it says put the wheels of the edger on the concrete but I do it the other way round and gets a deeper cut,mind you my lawn is as big as a postage stamp

The little 18v blower works well except for the trunk/nozzle falls off easily. The 36v blower vac is crap as a vacuum. The blower is not better than the 18v. The vacuum clogs easily with just leaves because of the stupid Narrow L bend to bag. If it clogs you have to pull some 20 screws out to strip it apart to unblock it. That is going by the manual.

That didn't sound like fun at all. My electric one can get clogged with grass but you just take the nozzle off which is easy to do and pull it out. I'll keep an eye out for my end bit falling off. Looks ok for now though.
