Bergkamp is the best player ever, you can say what you want, that he doesn't have a great achievement, didn't have Champions League, Ballon d'or or the World Cup but Dennis Bergkamp could do anything, he scored the best goals ever, he has the best skill hability, he is master class, he is an artist before a goal scorer, he is total football, fineness, he doesn't need speed or power, Bergkamp has vision of the game, pass quality and skill. Bergkamp has no equivalent. Simply The Best.

Dennis Bergkamp had two attributes that made him a productive goal scorer: composure in a crowded area and ball control. He made defenders nervous and caught them wrong-footed as they hurriedly tried to tackle him. He was also ruthlessly efficient. He wasted little motion when scoring goals. He hit the ball just enough to get over the goal line.

Bergkamp is currently coach of the oldest youth team of Ajax, which is said to be very talented. I hope to see him become coach of Ajax in about 4-5 years. There is no telling how long his carrier might last.

Seriously......has there ever been a better provider? His passes were absolutely sublime, he could break down a defense with one well placed pass.....and did so regularly. I once heard Shamus Malin say that he had a foot that could open a can of beans! LOL!!! His deft touches made a mockery of the best defenses in the world for well over a decade. Oh, he also scored a few goals too and led Arsenal to an unbeaten season. Arsenal owes him everything......a true legend!!! The Maestro!!!!

The best characterization I ever heard about Bergkamp: "He wasn't a great goalscorer, but he was a scorer of great goals" For a striker he didn't score that many goals.He wasn't as deadly as, say, Van Nistelrooij. But many if not most of the goals that he scored were of unparalelled beauty.
