I think that if you were to see james again without auntie, let him know that she has burned the farm buildings twice already. That may get him to at least reconsider having her around. Of course, then she'd get vengeful toward you....

Should sell most of that hay and silage and buy a new cultivator etc before Peter wants his farm management funds back as they should not be part of the land purchase up to the new owner James to fund the running of the farm,by rights most of your equipment including your new lorry is Peter`s as well though lots of hassle having to move it all so likely he would just sell it all with the property. These and the ones you do with Chainsaw are the best videos to watch :)

Sadly, This is now looking more like the end to this, Don't quite understand how it has stopped from every few days to 1 week, then every 2 weeks to now gaps of 3 weeks between episodes, Other than someone sadly has lost interest in doing this programs video, So what happens now do we still keep hanging here like mushrooms in the dark waiting for the next episode to arrive or just give up all hope of this returning back to normal episodes Yet there is 49,000 of us waiting & wanting the next episode to arrive, We under stand your doing other things, Stress on your time, But you still have 49,000 people here waiting wondering is there going to be another episode or is this it, Now ended with no end story line?

Strange question. Anyone know How old Dennis is? What year was he born? If he is in his 50-60's here he would have been alive during the WW2 and possibly drafted if old enough. Dennis craves peace and love could he have PTSD. This would explain his demeanor abit or he has early onset dementia but he seems too young for that.
