Love this song & the movie, I cried. My dad was a weekend alcoholic. He met Jesus in a hospital when he was diagnosed with lung cancer. He lived 5 months before going to heaven❤

What a multi talented man! I saw I can only imagine 3x!! I grew up with a very abusive Dad. I cried all 3x seeing it. My Dad has been dead many years. It took me a long time to be able to call Jim Dad. For the longest time I referred to him as sperm donor. Mr Quaid, you did a God inspired job in that movie!! Every time I saw it I wished that my Dad had come to faith before he passed. You ministered to me, Mr Quaid! God bless you in all your endeavors

Denis actually made that song for his Mom quite a few years ago and hadn't got the bridge for it until the movie , then he had it and sent it to his Mom on her 90th birthday. She passed a few years later. What s wonderful gift.

Just watched the movie You Can Only Imagine for my first time tonight . It really is strange how I was led to it ! I was 7 yrs old when my mom took me to see The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia with Dennis Quaid and Christy MacNichol and ever since then Dennis Quaid has been one of my favorite actors and artists of all time. I'm 50 now. Dennis also has a documentary out about the vulnerability of our power grid and actively works to fortify America's infrastructure against vulnerable attacks and natural disasters . I met the director at the NRA gun show in Dallas Tx when Trump and gov Abbott visited and gave one of the best speeches of all time. Randy Quaid is also one of my favorites as well and both really strike me as great Americans unlike the majority of Hollywood. Love ya Dennis .
