I think the girl (lapis) is really sad about one of her friends ghosting her essentially hence why she's nearly suicidal in the whole song until she gets a text message and like the rest of the song explains itself w

I just translated the text message, she's saying "Happy birthday". Maybe it was her birthday and no one cared, not even her best friend and then before lapis (the blue hair girl) does something rash she's like " LAPIS OMGGG HAPPY BIRTHDAY"

Basically Lapis is talking about how she feels suicidal. It's not really clear from the lyrics if there's a particular reason why, just that she feels hopeless. In front of the noose she says: "God, tell me, is there sweet cheesecake in heaven? Tell me, is there hot tea in heaven? Or..." Then Lapis's sister, Merli, texts her "Happy birthday" and comforts her. She encourages her to live on, even when life is tough.
