Denon DJ MCX8000 - Installing Firmware Update v2.0

Mine only displays the Mc 8000 on the screen, I can't update the firmware without seeing anything on the screen...is there anything else I can do ?

new to this bit of kit. left screen was sticking and had to restart to use, only to freeze again! installed firmware update following this video and all is well so far. only one thing you said i was unsure about and that was set 1&2 to engine. but figured out after looking. thanks.

Mine does not work that I wanted to update it does not read my usb when I put the filware on it, only this message comes out. Up to Data 😒 What a disappointment of this product

Find an old usb-stick and have the latest firmware on that properly installed. So if your mcx8000 fucks up you just install the latest firmware. It boots automaticly when you turn on power (the stick has to be in the slot) Happend to me once, now i have a backupsystemstick in my dj-case øll the time.

Highest Brightness settings uses too much power for LCDs and causes failure/stop/freeze/lockup
