What a fun idea! My daily inspiration is my clothing. From Metropolis, I like to use the blue and green shadows along the upper lashline with a gold or orange look. Aqueous is especially beautiful. That shade Helena and others have that wonderful metallic creaminess with incredible sparkle. I do find that I need to supplement Metropolis with Viseart Neutral Mattes or Colourpop Good as Gold.

Just yesterday I was researching ND top coats so I am glad to see you featured them. Lovely idea ladies. Beautiful collab. Natasha shadows are a beauty to me. To me her palettes have the best colour combos and though I love her formula, it’s her sense and understanding of colour that draws me to her. She’s talented and her products are worth my money. Some palettes no longer make it into my collection because of her products.

Every time I play with Metropolis I keep going to those grungy greens with that Avocado shade to blend it out and a gold on the front portion of the lid. I agree with you that this is the time to experiment and figure out what you really like. I find it’s helping me to curate my collection and learning what shades not to purchase. I received them today and Wow! You were right they looked gorgeous when you showcase them but in person I swatched them and I have never seen such beauty. I have an extremely large palette collection over 125 eyeshadow palettes and I have nothing in my collection that touches these.
