The role of a dental nurse is to look after the patient's wellbeing and experience whilst also providing chair-side assistance to the dentist. Just in case the way the person in the video explained it confused you lol

Dr. Tamisha Denis , at least you know what a dental nurse is , some Docs don't even know that . Just like they don't even know what a Orthodontic therapist is. in some states the DA's are taken on some of the duties that a dentist and DH carry out . for example placing dental filling , Coronal Polishing / Coronal Scaling and now placing braces . laws / scope of practice varies in each state . You're one of few Docs that give dental assistants credit . Sorry if my comment / rant was all over the place .
