I chose this Dr. Because of honesty.I had been to three dentists where I live and it was a very bad experience.I live in another state and My Son sent me Dr Langston s videos. My first visit with him and his staff were totally awesome. I have started my treatment plan and I am so happy. He gave me options. Nobody gave me options. They wanted to yank out all my teeth and give me implants. when I told them I was very fearful of them. Dr Langston is the only one for me. Always shop around and don't let doctors intimidate you. Remember you are doing the hiring.😊

Can the gap where the tooth is missing be "too small" for an implant? How is that space measured?

Thx for the vid. I’m obviously in this predicament myself- #13 root canal/crown that has cracked. I wish you would have discussed maintenance of implants/bridges. That can be another deciding factor.

Would you suggest implants for someone with trigeminal neuralgia? Are the trigeminal nerve or its mandibular branches affected/agitated during an implant?

I went to the dentist this week because one of my teeth was cracked from the gum and was about to fall out. The dentist had to extract it, insisting that there was nothing he could do to fix it. Next to the extracted tooth, I have two empty spaces. All he did was insist that I needed three implants. He kept insisting on implants, and as I have three others touching on the other side, he told me I needed implants there as well. At the end of it all, when I asked for the price, the answer was that he didn't know and needed to speak with the surgeon. Also, when I asked for other possible ways to fix things, he told me that I was stubborn.

Can you think of any other profession that charges so much, for so little time spent working? Pretty tough to trust any dentists.

I had bridge put in. The dentist went over cost and what my insurance covered. If the dentist doesn’t do that I would see someone else. By the way I am recovering from bone infection. That only dentist could treat. So one of these guys you are complaining about. Just saved my life. There are ethical and honest dentists. Your job is to find one who has those qualities.
