I have four loose teeth in the front on the bottom. I would like to know if a Maryland Bridge is an option. The space of the four teeth can possibly be reduced to two artificial teeth.

Hi Dr. Langston, what are your thoughts on a Maryland bridge for missing teeth 8 and 9? I heard bridging the midline can be a bad idea, something about locking up the cranium? Had to have 8&9 extracted because they were root canal treated teeth that years later failed/ infected. Also, is a bone graft necessary if you’re not getting an implant? Thanks!

Front tooth #7 loose. Of course dentist recommended implant. In no way do I have that kind of money. I want to save the tooth I don’t care if it’s crooked. What do you suggest?
