Better mouth, better health! Yourself and the Bentist have changed my Oral hygiene completely. a couple years ago I went from brushing a couple times a week to now tongue scraping, both string and water flossing; using mouth wash and brushing for 2 minutes with an electric toothbrush every night consistently. I dedicated an area of my bedroom as the tooth station to keep it protected from particles and other nasty airborne bacteria created in the bathroom.
