Hi Michael. Great video and thankyou so much for the tips. I was wondering why would we need to bring a folder with details? Aren't we suppose to answer questions of the top of our heads rather than possibly looking through our statements etc? Or is the folder literally just there for the looks haha. A little confused that's all. Hope you can help

Hello! Thank you for your question! To be quite honest, half the reason for the folder is indeed for looks. The other half is NOT so that you could have answers ready, but so you could reference back on some questions you may have had for the interviewers before going in. You’ll be surprised how much you’ll forget when you’re in the heat of the moment. Furthermore, if you have a resume, that’s usually good to put in there as well. I think of that folder as a way to not only look prepared, but to have things prepared just in case.
