We don’t have to go through a Minister or Pastor to become a member of the body of Christ. All we gotta do is say yes to the Lord. You don’t become a member of the body of Christ through Man, Romans 10:9 confess with your mouth, believe in your heart that Jesus rose from the dead, you will be saved. Once you are saved, you become a member of the Lord’s divine family, which is the body of Christ. What good is becoming a member of the body of the church when you don’t have Jesus. I’m not worried about being a member of the body of the church. Church cannot save me. Only Jesus can. Don’t mean that I am not supposed to go to church Hebrews 10:25 says "do not forsake the assembly of ourselves" "to assemble" which is the church in Greek, as some people get in the habit of doing. But again the church never saved anybody, Jesus saves. You can go to church everyday, listen to the Pastor preach every Sunday, do everything the Pastor say, but if you don’t have a relationship with Jesus, you can go straight to hell, literally!

Before all this happened, my own mother told me she had started listening here on YT of him doing 'motivational' videos & how much she enjoyed them. She'd even share some of the things he said with me. THEN, I personally became 'aware' of Ally Carter for the first time recently in spite of learning AFTER the fact, that she had been speaking on the industry for quite some time now...anyway, the first clip I listened to..she mentioned Denz's name & 'something' within me 'clicked'. In spite of me being a super fan of him for years & like most women thinking he was the epitome of what a man should be e.g. well spoken, talented, handsome, etc. I never personally heard of him being unfaithful to his wife & I never heard of him doing anything prior. I am a Methodist and have visited and been a part of many denominations in the Christian church for over 30 years. I rejoice with you, your family and other God's children on your baptism. Your prophecy has indeed been fulfilled. You never forgot it. Please forgive the critical naysayers who are trying to downplay this important time in your life. You have lived a life, especially in Hollywood, that reflects your calling. Thank you for sharing this publicly with us. It takes great courage as an actor of your distinction to do this, and to declare that you will be a member of the clergy to all. I hope to hear your sermons online, as you have always been one to encourage other believers and even the non-believers to live a life and walk more closely to God. I have heard Denzel Washington give speeches at graduations, ceremonies, award shows, etc. When he talks about putting God first and how even at times in his life he gave up on God but God never gave up on him, I got chills. He really speaks of God as someone who knows him. I think Denzel will be a wonderful reverend.

Last I checked to be saved all you have to have is faith and believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God. Some people say why is Denzel Washington being baptized now is not for us to know. I am ordained pastor, you get a minster license first to begin to prove you are called, during this time you are watch by the ordained minster and pastor to see if ur meet the calling to be ordained as a minster or pastor.
