Tony Todd was not just a Klingon, he was Kurn brother of Worf and son of Mogh in TNG and DS9. And he played the "old" Jake Sisko. One awesome actor!!! 🖤🖤🖤RIP

Aldis Hodge is perfect for the recast of Tchalla. He has proven he has the acting ability to make it happen. Marvel Studios needs to make it so. #RecastTChalla

Im excited for the Denzel Hannibal movie. For a Black Panther movie I dont know who he would play. Maybe an older Black Panther in a flashback type of movie written in a similar way to Godfather 2 or he could play the villain Achebe. No faith in Ryan Coogler writing though

funny you mention Zack Snyder because I remember saying the same thing u said to one of my friends online. am a fan of his work, but for some reason I felt like he needs a co-director. Somebody to help him make a better movie, look at the footage keep what works and take out what doesn't work and go from there. Some people think he's still going to do slow-mo, if I were him, I think twice before putting slow-mo in this new movie he's making.
@themadafaka68396 күн бұрын
snyder doesn't need a co-director.... he needs A GOOD WRITER. and once he does, he shouldn't be allowed to MESS AROUND with the script. just like the collaboration he had with James Gunn, on the Dawn of the Dead remake. either that, or....he should just stick to extra faithful panel to screen adaptation of more graphic novels, like he did with 300 and Watchmen.
@blackrock3166 күн бұрын
@@themadafaka6839 As of right now, he needs a co-director. We know what happened to him with Justice league, but it seems after putting out the director's cut, He's not gotten better. he needs a good writer yes, but he also needs a whole need team including a producer to help him make better choices when comes to film making.
@themadafaka68395 күн бұрын
@@blackrock316 personally...i'd say he needs to just RETIRE. i think after sucker punch, all his DCEU outputs, army of the dead and the two rebel moon movies....he's given us way more than enough CRAP to last us a couple of decades' worth. anyone else would just have one or two shots at this....he's gotten way too many second chances...more than he actually deserves. I'd say retire...or go back to doing commercials and music videos... I think those'd suit him and his talent best.
@blackrock3165 күн бұрын
@@themadafaka6839 I don't think he needs to retire, he just needs a whole new team, somebody that's going to tell him the truth.

CROSS 8.5/10 💖the fresh take on the character and all the melanin, 👏🏾👏🏾 Aldis. Personally, if my husband was thinking about dating only a year after my murder I would haunt him! I agree Ep. 7 could have ended season but the B story needed to conclude.

Angelin Jolie looked the part. Alicia Vikander was in the better movie and had a great portrayal. They should have brought her back. Sophie Turner looked the part of Jean Grey but is a blah wooden actress. Haley Atwell would have been better for sure

my only gripe with Cross is....often the character, who's supposed to be really smart, would do just the stupidest things, which is pretty consistent with how the character was in those Morgan Freeman's movie adaptations..Kiss the Girls and Along Came a Spider. and at times, I can already see some of the twists and turns coming way before they actually happen. but, I blame them on the WRITING. not sure it's from the source material...or the adaptation....

As a child of the late 60s, early 70s, your ambivalence to the FF is painful. “World’s Greatest Comic Magazine”! It’s incredible how they’ve been dismissed probably partly due to 3-4 bad movies ( I get the Xmen, I was a fan of the original team, and Giant sized Xmen #1 is a classic)😢

that face after you said Sansa Stark for Lara Croft.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣 the exact same one I got when I first heard that news.... seriously... who the f**k are CASTING these roles in these blockbuster genre projects...?? don't they have ANY idea on who Lara Croft is and HOW she gotta look...?? there's a reason Angelina Jolie's take was successful, despite the movies' quality themselves... Rhona Mitra's another good pick, back in the 2000s. HAYLEY ATWELL would be a better pick for the role than Sophie Turner. But, I'd settle for Rebecca Ferguson, the actress, Hayley kinda replaced in the Mission: Impossible franchise. and if they wanna go much younger....I'd go for this up and coming Australian actress, LEILA GEORGE. she's recently on a show with Cate Blanchett, DISCLAIMER...and was also in the Peter Jackson-produced movie, Mortal Engines, a couple of years back.
