Its on twitter, the unit page released pics of a paper where the idols are asked questions such as, whos your rival, whos the best visual and stuffs like that

They don't know the song, the genre and who will be eliminated, moreover they should make team in short time. It must be very difficult. NC.A definitely had intention to take cute route by picking cuties instead seeing their skill but maybe that was genius move since she took Jiwon and Hyunjoo whom seems big in fandom, and it was actually easier for them to get certain song since their image were strong at the beginning. While euijin seems calculating each position she took semmi who strong at concept and vocal and yoomin for rapping which make them complete group and took other member who don't had strong image which can take either cute concept or sexy concept. The last one were more complex since she got the last choice, that's why we got some random mix like hyosun in heejin group (which is interesting since the final group will consist random member, and winner should be ready to accept many concept)

yep, I judged from first and their second pick. Funny that NC.A chose Jiwon and Hyunjoo first she decided to had cute group before worrying about the position of each member which was different with euijin who chose her favorite singer and a rapper, fortunately Joohyun had not taken and Joohyun matched the concept of the group too. And their team which at first seems like NCA chose her favorite girls, but actually lead into a solid team
