I'm hoping we get ZEO in comics I'm curious what they could do with that series show how Jason really came back to be Gold Ranger we never how Tommy went to him to bring him back just saw then running to the Power Chamber all Tommy said was he had someone else who could take the Powers. Then next thing you know we see him running from Mondo's forces with some guy in sun glasses and we see it's Jason but after reading the comics we see he was still a Ranger MMPR Omega Red yes I but the MMPR in there so sue me. Just saying cause when he came bac in ZEO he said it's been a long time so we just thought he was at the peace conference helping not traveling the universe with Trini and Zack and he came back to Earth after being separated from his Omega Red Powers after being saved from the Death Ranger. So would be nice to the time in between ZEO as well too

10:33 Maybe I'm just forgetting Psycho's Path, but in the show aren't the Psychos powered by Dark Specter anyway.

It depends which psycho rangers they are using if they are using the psychos from the one shot comic they aren’t evil anymore so it makes sense why mind control was needed

I think Billy doing what he did somehow changed time, or did something to the time stream and that is why Grace never existed in this new reality. Billy fractured his reality, that is the only explanation.

@@Deoxy360 By messing with time maybe Zordon recruitted Grace at an older age? I don't know but I do know it has something to do with what Billy did, and because the guy was shocked when Billy mentioned Grace. Something happened when he destroyed the egg.

Well to answer your question on why they got Lucas and not Jen. It might be because of how Hyperforce ended. If you remember in the finale of the show the Hyperforce team went against Chloe’s dad and the alliance but they had to save 4 out of the 6 time force rangers . Wes, Lucas, Trip, and Katie were all captured and said to be missing. Eric was no where to be mentioned. Meanwhile Jen stayed in the prime timeline to fight the alliance there. So when the Hyperforce rangers failed Wes, Lucas, Trip, and Katie all still had their powers. But since Jen was in the timeline she lost them hence the opening of the one shot comic when she doesn’t have a morpher and of course the other time force rangers stayed there to help powerless Jen against and evil Nadria. Just an idea on why it was Lucas.

It's looking like it's entirely possible that Billy's actions is slowly making their reality into the Prime Timeline of the show or as close to it as possible. With Grace either A, died along the original Team of 1969 or she never existed. And you better believe Dark Spector corrupted the Psycho Rangers to his cause, we have seen time and time again they can't be trusted when they make deals with the Rangers enemies whom ever they are that season. Comic Zordon has absolutely treated his Rangers as Soldiers rather than Teenagers, while Prime Zordon had SOME of Comic Zordon's traits, he was more understanding than his way or the highway. Look what happened when Jason's Team of Rangers went Rogue and teamed up with Drakkon because the timeline was in danger, ZORDON WANTED THEIR HEADS which if I recalled made even Tommy's Rangers really uneasy a bit which was probably why Billy thought "Fuck Zordon I'm a do my own thing" and destroyed a Power Egg.

Awesome issue and Darkest Hour will go crazy after this setup! Now...about the Grace situation, remember what Jason told Billy? "It took us a long time to fix the grid after what Drakkon did and... *not everything came back right* " THAT is the dead giveaway for me that by shattering the grid, Billy unknowingly changed some events. Grace died on the moon in 1969 and no one remembers all the things she did. We see that alot of things Grace did stayed the same like Matt and Serpenterra. So either everything stayed the same and she was just removed from this timeline or because she died earlier someone else did all the thing in her stead.

They (Jason and Trini) never "broke up." They just kissed once. That kiss was helka retro fitted in the continuity. The Pink Ranger comic that took place after she left the show where we find out Zack and Trini were already together. That was begore they were together in the Omega Rangers book.

I hope that Younger Mighty Morphin White Ranger Tommy will be able to meet his oldest Black Dino Thunder future self so his future self can tell him all about the legacy that he's had as a Power Ranger throughout the years.

I am glad Billy did what he did. He was lied to for issues and I am glad that he took matters into his own hands. Do you think Billy can redeem himself if the Rangers defeat Dark Specter? Or do we have the Zeo consequences where Billy won't be able to have access to Ranger powers?

I dont blame jason for feeling the way he did. Kinda BS that Trini and Jason couldnt be together because that could be used against them by the enemy but yet its play for Trini and Zack to date each other.

I know it bugs me and bums me out that Jason broke up with her to protect her and now he literally can’t. And sadly we know Jason probably won’t do anything about since he won’t want to hurt either of them.

@@apezcal432 Tbh it feels like Jason keeps getting screwed over by the writers. He lost his powers, his mom died, couldn't have trini as a love interest for long time and even their breakup was BS, is pretty much useless when it comes to fights (especially in this issue since he's getting his ass beat by putties yet bulk and skull are putting up a fight) Not sure if its because of the whole ASJ thing but if it is they need to know to separate the character from the actor.

It's nothing to do with ASJ or screwing him over by the writers. These moments are giving him character development and growth.

@@sonicfan1able I know it hurts because when you look he is literally the only ranger besides Terona who has had powers at this point in their timeline who still doesn’t. I mean even Kiya and Drakkon had powers again. I just really hope something can be done with him because I really liked their relationship.

I think the only reason the psycho rangers got corrupted was to turn off the drain on dark specter they cause when fighting too long

This is a big surprising twist that Melissa has given us that we didn't see coming considering the fact that the woman known as Grace that Billy had worked alongside with was in fact not the real one and that she died on the moon back in 1969. 🤔 So the question is if the real Grace Sterling had died on the moon then who was the woman that Billy was working alongside with all this time that revived the Green Ranger powers? By the way Ash when is the review of the Godzilla versus Power Rangers 2 issue 4 going to be out.

Its not that complicated, Billy just changed some events by shattering the grid. Everyone knew Grace before and Zordon always felt guilty when he spoke with her. But now Grace has been dead for decades. Remember what Jason told Billy: "We fixed the grid after what Drakkon did but not everything came back like it used to be"

You don't actually review the comic books of Godzilla vs the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers for one thing even the issue of Godzilla VS Mighty Morphin Power Rangers 2 issue 4 just dropped today?

I'm aware it dropped. But the mainline comics are my bread and butter. So they come first. Mmpr vs godzilla 2 issue 4 will come later today or tonight. I have a full time job I also juggle around doing youtube
