My ultra league team is spicy, escav on the lead with counter, drill run & megahorn for those grass, psychic dark types. Second is staraptor with air slash, close combat and brave bird. And last pokemon is porygon z with lock on, tri attack and zap cannon.. Pretty decent match ups if you can manage safe swaps and time charge moves

I have an (11, 13, 15) Rank 2 defense Deoxys that maxes out at CP 2499 at lvl 50 completely maxed. Supposedly the rank 1 is an (12, 13, 15) however it is CP 2500 at lvl 49.5. Granted it's sits perfectly at CP 2500 it's also not completely maxed out meaning it's not making the absolute most of it's star product, although close I believe mine being CP 2499 but being lvl 50 instead of 49.5 makes more of a difference as far as overall stat product and bulk more so than the 1 CP less. In addition it is still a power up away from being messed up meaning if for whatever reason you accidentally press the power up button for the 12, 13, 15 Deoxys it will go over 2500 at lvl 50 thus being no longer usable for the ultra league where as mine is completely topped off and will always be usable in the ultra league as mine cannot be messed up. Therefore I say mine should be the Rank 1

Sludge Wave is a strong attack but posipn is a weak typing tho it is super effective against the only swampert effectiveness. Earthquake does damage to big guys like Registeel and is a generally vett de powerful move but it does not super effective Grass types. Tho on the other side if your in Expert then more people will use better typings than Grass so it’s what you want
