Wow! This is an extraordinary experience, even online, to see the house being decoratively recorded. I always have stared at this immense beauty of a ceramic. I even watch beautiful properties look befitting of it.

Glad to have you along for the ride. We'll be traveling to Germany and Austria to visit the Christmas Markets this year. Look for posts of our adventures this January. Until then we have plenty more videos in production leading up to Christmas.

Did they tell you why you couldn’t video? If not, why do you think they said no?

The owner mentioned that they had trouble in the past with people posting about their store. I'm not sure what that meant and didn't ask for details because I didn't want to seem pushy. I was very clear that I intended to make a very flattering view of their store and that I didn't want anything in return. The Owner was very nice and also mentioned that it is their general policy that was decided with other management team members, so it wasn't his sole decision to make. We had reached out to them over a week earlier using the email address on their website but apparently they don't have anyone who monitors that email so they didn't know about our request until we stopped in the store the day before the event to ask for permission. I guess there wasn't enough time to work it out in advance. Everyone associated with the store was very nice and welcoming. I think they just haven't embraced social media as a free marketing tool.
