There is so much you can do with poster colors or gouache, we just need to keep doing it time will tell who is right or wrong, i love to see someones expression of places i have never been, this type of art should be preserved the ordinary stuff. Meta ressurection is going to be fenomenal.

Referring to anime as Japanese Impressionism is very interesting, it is a modern day art that is beautiful, but just not appreciated as fine art? Clearly Yoichi’s paintings are fine art tho and i would argue so is much of Ghibli’s catalogue
