DEPLORABLE NEW OTIS Gen2 Traction Elevators @ Millennium PQ Apartments, San Diego, CA

These are maintained horrendously and do not run well at all. I wouldn't be surprised if Millennium Copthorne was responsible for the management of this property. Installed in 2022.
