Deported Felon FIGHTS Arkansas State Police Trooper

On March 24th, 2023, I made a traffic stop on a vehicle for traveling 90MPH in a 75MPH zone. The vehicle pulled over on
Interstate 30 westbound at the 2mm.
The operator appeared very nervous by visibly shaking, had a tremble in his voice, and wouldn’t sit still in his vehicle. The
operator stated that he did not have his identification on him but had a photo of it on his phone. When looking at the ID on his
phone it did not appear to be the same subject operating the vehicle. The name on the phone was Wilmer Perez DOB:
02/13/1994. The passenger, Daysi Fajardo, wrote the name on a piece of paper and handed it to me. I noticed Fajardo had to
look at the name and birthday on the card for reference while writing. I did not get a return on the name. I then ran the
fingerprints of the driver and it returned to Ezequiel Duran DOB: 02/13/1994. Duran showed to be a deported felon.
I then
attempted to arrest Duran for obstructing governmental operations.
While trying to arrest Duran, he started to pull away and asked why he was under arrest. Duran then started to try to pry my
hands off him and pull away. I then took Duran to the ground two times. Duran was able to get up and run north toward the
woods next to the interstate. I attempted to tase Duran as he jumped a fence but was unsuccessful. Duran was never located in
the woods.
Fajardo was arrested for hindering apprehension, taken to the Miller County Jail, and booked in. Fajardo was released on a PR
bond. I will be getting a warrant for Duran for resisting arrest, fleeing on foot, obstructing governmental operations, and
speeding.

Sorry to say, many of these judges are backed and funded by monies that only have our worst at heart. What's taking place nationally (mostly in the larger, more liberal-minded cities and states), and some on the federal level are appointees by presidents with poor judgement on what is in the best interest for the good of America. Plus, the defunding of law enforcement doesn't help. If some had his or her way, police at all levels would be nonexistent, and we'd be under 'police state' policies. This has never worked for the people in any other country, and won't work here. Another critical factor is, that there are far more extremely liberal prosecutors than should be. Put together, these are ingredients that get increased crime, bc there is no fear of the penalties. It's a SAS state of affairs, but it's the society in which we are living. Unfortunately, I'm afraid until policies are changed back, we're only going to see it get worse. Sorry for the long winded rant, but this is hitting most of us (myself included) with a great deal of disfavor with our legal syst.

I live in New Orleans - crime has always been prevalent but it’s out of control currently - anyways - never stopped to help a trooper but I did stop to help an NOPD officer… young white woman prob between 30-34 - not sure how long she had been on force.. she was literally wrestling with about an 18 year old black kid who had stolen a car and totaled it in a chase (I didn’t find this out until a day later after the fact) anyways she had one cuff on him and he was clearly stronger than her.. I carry in my truck and pulled right over and hopped out with it in my waist band and was yelling “to get the fuck off of her” etc and by just my presence he finally gave up and she was able to cuff him don’t think he even saw the gun until after the fact… anyways, that was in 2021 but I still wonder what might have happened had I not stopped… people are desperate these days and capable of anything.. if you see an officer has someone pulled over, you should pay attention as you drive by. These officers are just like everyone else - they have families, children, husbands and wives and things they want to do with their lives. They deserve our help when possible.

I'd say the guy didn't even have a driver's license. He never had one on him then. They come over here as illegals, have no drivers license or insurance. I saw it for years when I was living in SW Florida. Came there and made wages go down for Americans because people could hire them for alot less. They made auto insurance so high because they never carry insurance. Now it's going to happen all over the country and American citizens will pay for it. They have no health insurance, so doctors wouldn't see them as patients, so they would use the ERs like doctors offices. ERs cannot refuse them as patients. It's some of the reason the country is bankrupt. It's been going on for at least 3 decades.

That sounds accurate in some places, i am not sure of the statistics though i probably used to know. One statistic I do remember is that on Friday and Saturday night from 10pm to 3am 1 of every 10 drivers on the road (on average) is intoxicated by either drugs or alcohol and can be worse around holidays. Now that's a scary fact. Think about the first 10 cars you pass the next time you're driving after 10 on a weekend.
