I was severely traumatized years ago as a teenage, got diagnosed with cptsd. Spent my whole life fighting cptsd. I also suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 6 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

I'm so very happy for you, Psilocybin is absolutely amazing, the way it shows you things, the way it teaches you things. I can not believe our world and our people shows less interest about it's helpfulness to humanity. It's love. The mushrooms heals people by showing the truth, it would be so beneficial for so many people, especially politicians and the rich who have lost their way and every other persons out there.

Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Germany don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏

Clinical depression is different from simple depression... Clinical I would imagine requires drugs because you literally can't speak or think or function. Simple depression is a deep form of sadness, you function you talk but you care for nothing except certain (hidden to you) things. Like the video says ...if say a depressed person needs loyalty..show them loyalty. .. Needs attention,or fun show them those. ...Needs support financial... give them that. It all depends what they are really wanting and not getting in life...you really can't judge a book by its cover, even the most outwardly social people are very depressed inside if being honest

I just needed something new to try and I started to look at many videos from "therapists" all saying the exact same thing that doesn't help. And I need something from a different perspective. My girlfriend suffers, it’s so hard. I adore her, she’s my world and all I think about is her. She’s the same with me, but she’s always got this dark cloud following her. I’m here for her 24/7, I will do anything for her. I’m here to fight with her every day until I die, and I’ve told her all this and will continue to do so daily. We’re so happy together, it’s a dream.. if I could have a genie grant me one wish, it would be something I’d waste on myself.. I’d just wish that she’d be happy with herself. I love her with all my soul and I am here with her on every step of this journey. (I tell her all this, and I never expect anything in return - I’m just typing this out here for my own benefit because it’s so hard to keep your own head above the water and I just want to express my own feelings) thank you for the video, you’ve refilled my motivation cup and I cannot thank you enough

Thank you guys so much. It’s still going on and off for me but thankfully I have some control over it, and I’m sorry to hear that I’m not the only one that has went through that. There is no shortcut to take while I felt this, but how I dealt with it was to meet a completely new person, become close and get to know them and find where that friendship takes you. As hard as that may sound that is why I play Xbox, to talk and become friends with people, listen to their problems as they help me deal with mine while we enjoy video games. You may not be a gaming person but that’s just an example. Keep in mind that without a doubt, you need to be extremely careful while doing this, be careful who you trust and tell. And if you ever need anyone to talk to I’m here for you. But that’s how I had overcome mine, make new friends and play video games with them, take my mind off of it completely. Countless toxic people are out there though, so you just have to find the right people you can call “mates”. It took almost a year to find the right person, so I don’t know how long it might take for you. But that’s just how I’ve overcame that. Stay strong out there buddy, I’m here if u wanna talk about it (using the comment section).🙏 Ps, before anyone thinks “omg ur a gamer just for the attention”. No, I play because it it my escape.

There are times that she wouldn't respond to any of my messages for days but I always gives her messages morning, afternoon, and evening. She became okay for a while but she recently became depressed again. I've been keeping on sending her messages everyday in hopes that she'll feel loved even for just a short amount of time. This video is awesome and true .... may I add one thing ... If you love someone who is clinically depressed be KIND to yourself and accept the fact that you cannot save (or cure) another person. Yes everything Scott said is true! But the kind of love Scott is talking about does not happen overnight. Be careful of resentment. Take care of yourself, so that when you want to be there for them (and you will) you can be able to love them the way Scott was talking about.

Love to have this info. I have a coworker who clearly suffers from it. At first I thought he just disliked me or was jealous of me, but after some digging thanks to social media I realized it's much deeper and has nothing to do with me at all. Will try and give good mornings, be nice and not take his cold behaviour and angry looks personally.

Also I wanted to say thanks so much for the videos you make. They really do help. I was really upset and depressed and couldn't work up the energy to talk to anyone and just felt like I was alone and my thoughts were getting really negative but I decided to get on youtube and watch some of your videos and it really helped me push through. Your channel deserves way more views and subscribers than it gets.

Sometimes I get tired of the fact that she never text me or rarely calls me, and even though our birthday is in the same month that she never remembers mine. But then other times I feel, she really values my friendship. I know now it’s the depression.

The best way to help someone with depression is to ask them: "What do you need? How can I help you". I once told a friend that I was badly depressed and she offered to take me out for pizza and red wine, which was the last thing I knew I needed. She was then offended when I declined and said petulantly "Well, I tried". I gave up on that "friendship".

You gave me the strength to stand by this dear friend I have and want so badly to help. He recently opened up about how terribly he feels and I hadn't realised the extent of his sufferings until now. I was just feeling hopeless recently, not knowing how I could help him, feeling like me being there wasn't enough but you comforted me. Scott, I watched this video more than once this past week. Even though I didn't expect replies, I sent my boyfriend several texts with well wishes to let him know I'm there for him as long as it takes. Just when I was worrying I had sent too much, he messaged me yesterday morning and thanked me for the messages. I sent three songs as "I'll Stand By You" (Pretenders), "House Of Love" (Amy Grant and Vince Gill) and the one he said he really loved was "A Shoulder To Cry On" (Tommy Page). He even had set up a meeting with a psychiatrist appointment to get outside help to deal with all the negative thoughts of failure, feeling like a burden to friends and family and low self esteem. Told him how proud I was of him for taking that step to reach out and not try to deal with it alone. Thank you a million times over for this and the other videos. Helps me understand him a bit more. I love him a bit more each day and you are so right about how material things don't mean a thing, but unconditional love and support without expectation. Just taking our relationship day by day. Thank you!

Thank you. You have affirmed my instincts. I am caring for a family member with deep depression right now. I can't " fix " him. I can facilitate if he chooses, but the best help I can be is to love him. To believe in him, to stand with him. I love him and I know he finds it hard to show his feelings right now, but I feel just standing by his shoulder, giving him acceptance and patience must be a good thing. He is of value- I know he doesn't feel that right now, but I can hold that for him, gently remind him tha he is of worth, he is loved. I hope my words land someplace within him that helps.

Just started watching your videos. This video gave me encouragement that what I'm doing for my boyfriend is enough. He told me he had bipolar disorder in July. It didn't scare me away from wanting to keep hanging in there with him. This week's depressive episode is worst one he's had since knowing about it. Right now it's a long-distance relationship and I feel helpless being 800 miles away. Hoping my texts are helping him in some way. He is the most selfless person I know. Even when he is so-so, he tells me to get my rest. I love him very much and simply hate knowing he is feeling bad.

Having someone to show compassion in a very hopeless situation can make all the difference in the world. This video made me realise I’ve been doing this for every person in my family hoping they would get that’s how I need to be treated but after all these years of diagnosed depression, none of my siblings or parents checked out on me or said “you got this/we are here for you”. I know all their big events and always remember to cheer them up and wish them good luck, I always call on them to ask what their doctor said or how an exam went. All I got was “it’s not like you’ve a fever get tf up”. Sorry for the rant, it’s just something hard to realise all of a sudden and idk what else to do about it

I am so sorry to hear that. If you feel OK calling out their wrongdoing, sit down with them in person, or call them on the phone, and let them know honestly and constructively how their words are causing you to feel. Thank them for their intention of being helpful, while at the same time showing them examples of what would work better for you. Many people think they are offering Helpful advice and suggestions and not realizing they are actually not helping. You could also send KZbin videos, links, articles, and so on that talk about things to not say, and things to say, to help them understand more. It will be hard, but it will be worth it for you, and for them. Also, to you, I know you can do this, both in general and regarding this specifically. I’ve got your back. Best of luck on this, and in your endeavors for the rest of your life. I’m sending you love.

Thank you Scott for a very insightful video. I've started to dating a guy in the last 3 weeks who's disclosed he has anxiety and depression steming back childhood traumas which were not his fault. But, he's clearly suffered a lot as a result. I really like him a lot and he's really fond of me and Ive been thinking about how I approach the situation...neither do I want to be his rescuer nor do I want to do nothing. If he wants me to play a role in his life, I need to just be present with him and have no expectations. Its really strange but I am pulling towards him a lot I can see a whole lot more than just his depression. If carry on dating him, I will support him unconditionally...thx for the guidance and I wish you well with your own journey 🙏🙏

Well done, Scott. THAT is exactly how to help. We (people with depression) have spouses, friends, and family that feel miles away even in the same room. The kind of reaching out you described means so much that it cannot be put into words. I would add for those who want to help to learn everything you can about this illness because we can't teach it ourselves. Cheers.
